The Senator representing Benue North-West senatorial Constituency at the upper chamber of the National, Chief Dr. Titus Tartenger Zam has has congratulated Nigerians, especially Benue farmers for the newly created Ministry of Livestock Development by the President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.  The Senator was quoted: "God is gradually but steadily coming to the rescue of our people.
